I took GABA for a little while about 10 yrs ago after a panic attack while

driving.  It made me feel very strange -- almost dizzy like and out of it.  I

had to stop.

Hi Lori,

My 9 yr old has always had a really hard time getting wound down enough to go to

sleep. She doesn't have OCD but she has panic attacks, anxiety, and sensory

issues. About 2 yrs ago I tried a product called GABA calm produced by Source

Naturals. It is a relatively pleasant tasting sublingual and it works very well

for my daughter. So well that she takes 1 and I take 2 before bed and I get the

best sleep I've had in yrs :) Not sure about giving it during the day..it def.

has a soporific effect!

I took GABA for a long time and my daughter also. If you take too much

of it, you get this weird tingling on the skin. That kind of scared me,

so I stopped taking it. For a while, it seemed to help with calming and

sleep a bit.

Sandy
