Intrusive thoughts are back

I haven't posted much. Things have been quiet for a couple of months -- nice

break. But, the intrusive thoughts are back again. This time she's thinking

about hurting herself.

She has tried SSRIs and counseling without any luck. The SSRIs made her

psychotic. The antipsychotics keep her awake and still psychotic.

I need to take her back to the doctor, but I don't know how they will help. She

told me tonight that she would be very scared if her daughter was thinking about

killing herself. Followed by " I don't want to kill myself. " It's that terrible

cycle stuck in her head. It tourments us both.
