Guest guest Posted January 25, 2006 Report Share Posted January 25, 2006 My feeling is that given the extraordinary pandemic of THIS problem (especially here in Arizona,) that it could, and should, overtake the “bedbug” scare… Especially given the fact that many real estate associations have lobbied very strongly against putting concise verbiage into the SPDS for potential buyers, etc. (Forget about the tenants…) I brought this up to Governor Napolitano during Q & A at a luncheon a few months back, and knew I was onto something when she skirted around the issue “politician style.” My other biggie is pesticide use in and around schools and daycare facilities… Meth: The New Mold Voice of San Diego - San Diego,CA,USA .... obligation into a statute can only be a positive step for the real estate business. ... a meth lab in a property is analogous to having a serious mold or termite ...
