You can go to www.raintreenursery.com and go to the " Contact " area and ask

them. They are great and have a wonderful person that can help you with

that. Maybe even send you some pictures. I have to contact her about my

orange tree that I have in a 30 gal. trash barrel and have to bring into the

house in the winter. It's gotten very gangly and needs pruning as well.

Not curds, it curdles, which means it turns sour/rancid when it hits the coffee.

Re: Whipped Cream

We use the iSi whipped cream dispenser (w/co2 cartridge) and it always works perfectly, no curds so far! You can also add flavorings, etc... I have never manually whipped for my coffee.... I have no idea what would create the curds, tho'!SummerOn Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at 06:09 PM, Tinybabe wrote:

Maybe someone has a solution to this little problem. I love raw whipped cream in my coffee at night. I put some rich cocoa in the coffee and love to top it with fresh whipped cream. However, it always curdles. Does anyone have a way of preventing this? I've even left it out of the fridge for a bit, but you have to keep it cold enough not to turn back into cream. Oh yikes! Read that wrong! Doesn't sound too tasty! Good luck with

finding a fix!

Do you have any kitchen stores around you? I didn't order mine online,

but bought it at Kitchen Kaboodle in Oregon (tax free - score!). Good

way to avoid shipping charges that may be out of this world.

Just want to make a note to you about the cartridges. The ones used in making soda will carbonate your whipped cream if you accidentally use them. Stick with the ones for whipping cream.

Trisha in WA

I saw some that were really nice. The company also sells the cartridges. Now they also had some for dispensing soda that you can make yourself. I don't know what the difference is. Couldn't you use the one for whipped cream for dispensing soda too? Didn't notice THAT much difference and I think they used the same cartridges. I'll have to check back. Here's the link for one of the companies I found. http://www.creamright.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SFNT & Store_Code=C

I would really like your opinions on these. There are some that are plastic, aluminum (which I would absolutely not get) and of course stainless. They also show the ones for soda.

Thanks,

It would definately be "interesting" LMAO

Trisha

WOW, add some flavor and that might be interesting (LOL).

Thanks. I didn't know what the difference was. This is new to me. Always happy to learn something new.

Hello,

I tried to make whipped cream to put on some fruit last weekend, and

it didn't work at all. I had good quality raw cream, and I added a

little vanilla and tried whipping it with an electric mixer just like

it says in NT, and it didn't work at all. Anyone know what might have

gone wrong?

Sara
