Guest guest
Hey Guys, Thanks for your various replies. I don't know why, but that particular question and answer seemed so simple. But for some reason, I knew there would be varying responses to my question of is this dumb or not. Don't ask me why, but I have thought about this question alot. It seems with this issue that sometimes the simpliest questions are the most complex. Thanks for humoring me! Sharon
Guest guest
Sharon, Yes, I agree that the answer is stupid. I believe that the answer is in order however, if the rule of 'Ask a stupid question and you get a stupid answer' is in effect. Cheers, Chuck Reaney To: iequality From: snk1955@... Guest guest
Sharon, I think it's a bad answer to a dumb question. There are two variables in the question, different spores and different conditions. If someone want to know the effect of something, the other variables need to be controlled (stay the same). Change only one variable and see how it affects the outcome. In this case, (1) Different mold spores MAY grow at different rates under the same conditions. (2) Same (strain) mold spores MAY grow at different rates under different conditions. Wei QLAB snk1955@... wrote: Is it just me, or is this a very stupid answer?
