If you consume raw eggs regularly be sure to supplement with the b

vitamin Biotin. Something about the raw egg stops biotin absorption.

The whites contain the anti-bioten factor. That factor is

apparently neutralized by cooking, hence the NT advice of

eating only the yokes raw.

Hah, so much for those muscle guys who drank the eggs shakes...that

won't convert the food to energy with out the B12...
