Appears via the article (nice piece Steve) that EEF could use a publically started RICO claim against them - treble damages plus attorneys fees - any takers?.

Can anyone prove damages? They never got any of my money. Looks mostly like false marketing claims.

There may be a violation of their requirements under their Federal 501©(3) non-profit tax status, as well.

Would be up to the government to pursue.

Thanks, Steve (and Stacey). Very nicely done.

Group –

Some of our questions have finally been answered – and

not by the EEF I might add…

Mudarri of the EPA has finally gone on record to

discuss the “EEF Contract.” It’s about time.

The article can be viewed at: http://www.ieconnections.com/archive/jan_06/jan_06.htm

Happy reading!

Thanks for the " heads up " on the EEF article, Stacey.

For those with limited reading time, the headline tells the story:

EPA Fails EEF on Its Performance under Contract

I add my congratulations and " thank you " to Tony's for an excellent

job well done by Stever Saur.
