My kids are weaned and I now have some milk coming in just for me! I have a new 1 qt yogurt maker that I'm dying to use. LOL I would also be interested in adding some flavors... which from what I understand is it has to be done after the yogurt has finished. Any flavor ideas??? Thanks! I make kefir almost daily and it is yogurty in taste, although it is much thinner than most yogurts. There is no heating of the milk at all. You simply pour the milk over the kefir grains, shake gently, then wait about 24 hours.
