I am new to this group and am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make yogurt out of raw cows milk without heating it up too high. I heard that if it passes a certain temperature that it kills all of the good enzymes that we are wanting from raw milk in the first place. My family loves yogurt, so I am searching for a healthy way to make it. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear from you. Thank you all very much.
