~ I have the very same problem

with rosacea. I read on www.mercola.com that

it is cleared up by eliminating grains from the diet. I see a definite

improvement when I do not eat any. If you just can’t forgo the grains,

try using tea tree oil on your face after washing morning and night. It has

significantly reduced my breakouts.

Hope that helps~ in WV

skin concerns

I was just wondering--since there seems to be so much wonderful health

knowledge here--has anyone ever come across any

effective treatment/cure for

cea?

You might have something there, ! I don't eat lots of grains, but I do eat oats, brown rice, and sprouted whole grain breads. It would be tough to give them up, but I'll cut back for sure. And now that you've reminded me, there was a time I was using a tea tree face wash, and although the red nose was omnipresent, I didn't suffer with breakouts. I'll pick some up this week. Thank you.
