Hi, My name is Amy. My email address is mail@.... I live in New Braunfels, Tx. We just started drinking raw milk and making kefir. Several in my house have been off milk/dairy for over a year due to either a milk allergy or intolerance. Those with an intolerance are now drinking kefir made with raw milk and seem to be tolerating it - 1 week use and no symptoms - yea! I am looking forward to learning more about raw and healthy eating. Amy
