Hello all,

My name is (kilpatrick_ja@...) and I'm from southern NH. I

am a raw milk consumer. Raw dairy is available in my state only if i

go to the farm where it is being produced to purchase.

I have had Crohn's Disease for the last 8 years, and have been on the

Specific carbohydrate diet for the last year. My nurse practitioner

recently advised me to transition to the Guts to Glory version of the

Maker's diet which strongly suggests cultured goat milk products

(especially yogurt and kefir). I just bought my first batch of raw

goat milk this week and i will be making 24 hour cultured yogurt with

it tonight. I'll be experimenting w/ kefir next week when i receive my

kefir grains.

I'm excited to learn more about raw dairy and thankful for this type

of a resource. Have a great weekend!
