Guest guest Posted May 1, 2007 Report Share Posted May 1, 2007 Hi If you are happy with what you are doing, the weight is coming off, even if slowly, then Stay As Is, My loss is very very slow now, the exercise part for me is hard given my back and that, but I walk all the time, but I am truly happy with what I can eat, I have got some things back again and this is good.
