Hi Dee,

the email I received didn't even have a link.

HopeAllyson Dwiggins

Hi, Ladies.

The link to the online PowerPoint slides

for the ILCA conference sessions arrived

yesterday. I wanted to print out the slides

for the sessions I plan to attend, since these

won't be available at the conference. Nothing

prints. I get a message that these files are

not formatted in a way that allows printing.

I've got the same computer and printer I had

last year, when I had no trouble printing them

out. Has anyone else tried to do this yet? I

sent a note to Vicki at ILCA and she says no

one else has complained and so it must be a

setting on my computer. Has anyone else tried

yet?

Hello, HopeAllyson.

The link was under the word "click" but it doesn't work. Please respond to the email so that Vicki at ILCA knows the link is not working properly. She thinks I'm the only one having a problem.

Have you tried to print out any of the handouts for sessions you are planning to attend? Can you get them to print?

Do you have to set any particular settings, or can you just hit Print? I tried again last night, and still no luck.

Dee,

After I have downloaded the file, it opens in Adobe Reader and from

there I can print it.  Don't know if it changes things, but I use a

Mac.
