Guest guest Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 Hi everyone. My name is Amy Grant, and I am a La Leche League Leader and IBCLC in Round Lake Beach, IL. I have a small private practice that has been keeping me about as busy as I have wanted to be. I have two children, My oldest starts 2nd grade this fall, and my youngest starts 1/2 day kindergarten. This is an exciting time for my business because I will have more time to devote to building it. I have been doing home visits so far, but the potential for a small office space has presented itself. I have truly enjoyed helping moms and babies and truly feel that this is my calling! In my free time, I enjoy working out (trying to lose some stubborn weight), playing with my kids, cooking and reading. I also am working on becoming a gardener - it has been a trial and error journey, but every year it gets better. I look forward to learning from all of you as I work to grow my practice.
