For this whole workout I used my step only. Here's how it went for me. Legs/back: BB deadlifts- ( I did BB rows instead) 50 lbs (16 reps) Chest: BB bench press 20 Shoulders: DB front/side raise 5 REPEAT Shoulders: DB seated overhead press 12 Biceps: BB preacher curls ( I used 12 DB and did them standing) biceps is an exercise that does bother my shoulder) Triceps: DB extensions 12 REPEAT Shoulders: DB rear and front delt raises prone on ball ( I did these seated using 5's. Same as above.
