Wow Jaye, that is a, well, sucky situation! I hope they make this right. Did you tell them that you're pretty much a big deal?

Hi All, Just wanted to fill you in on my saga with KaWeCo –

maker of the nipple shields from Germany – because it has not

ended yet. Since June 29, they have flat out ignored my requests for

updates and communication. They received my money May 17th.

First package never arrived, and they resent on June 10 only after numerous

e-mails from me asking for help, and many phone calls from me to US Postal

Service. They were not interested in refunding my money. No one had

a clue where my packages went and there is no one to contact at customs to see

if they are sitting there…still. sigh. After several e-mails from me begging for help or at least a

refund, on June 29 KaWeCo said they would start an investigation to find out

where my 2 packages had gone and why they did not arrive to me. Between June

29 and today I have sent 4 e-mails asking for updates and also for them to

please just refund my money as it has caused me a financial hardship to have

nearly $300 gone with no product to show for it. I have asked for a

response of some kind in each email. I have been ignored. No response

from them at all. NOTHING. I am extremely unhappy – and that,

my friends, is an understatement. Their 8 wk timeline has passed with NO communication from

them and NO refund. I sent another e-mail today and I hope to hear

something back from them. If anyone happens to have any communication

with them and can offer me some support I would be very grateful. I fear

that I will continue to be ignored and be out the $300 with absolutely no

recourse. I already attempted to get my money back through my VISA but

missed the 60 day deadline for filing a complaint by – get this – 4

days. <headdesk!> So I am screwed. Anyway – if anyone plans to purchase through them I

strongly urge caution. They were at first very helpful – but now…extremely

unprofessional – and until I get my money back I will consider myself to
