Jen's exercise for Wednesday 07/04/12They had our water exercise class two hours earlier today since the temperature was suppose to be near 100 here in Michigan.Our class where I live was from 10 to 11am and I stayed an hour after that using my bells - 2 hoursThe high temperature today was 101 degrees! WOW it was hot here. Jen
