Where do you get your homeopathic/herbal info?

I've been hesitant up to this point in recommending herbal remedies outside of

the fenugreek/blessed thistle/alfalfa combos mostly because I have a hard time

finding good evidence-based studies on other herbal and homeopathic remedies.

Those of you who recommend them quite a bit, where do you get your

information/references for these various products and remedies?
