What's everyone doing?  Donna has her Long's and yoga... what about the rest of you?  Judy?  More T'ai Cheng?  Cola Pop?   are you still kickboxing?  Indy, yardwork and Turbo Fire?   - Winsor Pilates?  Jen, swimming and  volleyball?

As for me, I'll continue the one body part per day 5 days a week for lifting and some machine cardio, but after doing Turbo Fire last night I'd like to do the rest of them this month.  I've done all the Fire workouts, stretch workouts,and strength workouts in the series, but I think I've only done one or two of the HIIT workouts, so once I'm done with all the Fire workouts this second time around I'd like to tackle all of the HIIT workouts.   Oh!  And on Mondays I'm taking Zumba at the gym since my favorite instructor for that format is back.  YAY!
