has anyone heard of a mom having a bad reaction to APNO? rash or sensitivity

I have not seen a bad reaction, but I have seen mother's nipples becoming more sensitive and/or the wounds re-opening because of the hydrocortisone in the APNO. Yes,Increased redness around areola & nipple tenderness.  After 24 hours of not applying , the redness dissipated. Using Hydrogel Nipple pads offered alternative to pain relief & moist wound healing. Mom was happy!  There are 3 ingredients that may have caused an allergic reaction as well as the individual factor.
