Guest guest
Ahh that is interesting. As I was typing the email I was thinking sh%t now my shoulder is hurting, just like after the OP but no where near as bad…just the same sort of pain. I don’t usually eat bread however, both yesterday and today I had ¾ of a sandwich, and got blocked, so maybe that’s it. In any case back to salmon and veg tomorrow. Thanks Fi Re: What's with this pain?!?! Hi Fi It's curious, I get a stitch like pain in my left shoulder when I eat - and it's usually if I eat too much or too quickly, I cant say that I have ever had it after eating something soft or soup. So perhaps look at what you are eating and slow it down. But I would refer you back to your surgeon in any case. If it is very painful and is causing you to loose breath or the like, the you should get it looked at sooner. Sometimes we have referred pain and that is why when I get the shoulder pain I often put my left arm up over my head. It doesn't really relieve it or do anything but it feels like I am `doing something'.
