I did end up going to hospital and was there until 200a.m. they wanted to keep me in as I had dehydrated a little , but promised I'd keep up my fluids. Just a bad stomach virus , the cramps were just like labour - not nice at all. Just as well it had nothing to do with my band. I did not have weekend which was not to good - but am on the mend now. I'm not working today and yesterday the whole day was in bed and running in between the loo. Thank you once again for your advice and concern Great friends like you gals are hardto find.
