Guest guest
Despite the hoopla, I think tcm is still a useful art. Did I experience a cure? no. Do I wish there were a quick fix. Definitely, but Improvements in mood, sleep, and erection quality are there. I feel like a calmer and more balanced person. But it did take time and patience as well as finding a practicioner who was skilled in creating his own herbal remedies. Anyway just sayin', don't throw out the baby with the bath water. Guest guest
He gave me several different custom formulations (which were often combinations of classical formulas or altered ratios). The earlier formulas were heat clearing formulas to calm down the nervous system for stuff like insomnia, irritation, etc. Then he was eventually able to move to herbs that were more building. For heat clearing/calming formulas stuff like Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Wan is common and maybe something like Gui Pi Tang/Wen Dan Tang would be used for low energy levels... As far as the impotence improving, it got better after he added asparagus root (tian men dong) to formulas which usually included codonopsis and american ginseng. I can ask for more specifics if you'd like. Keep in mind that even tho we both have the pssd issue, our constitution is probably different so a tcm practicioner might take a different approach with you. It was nice being able to ditch the cialis, but I'll state again I'm not cured of pssd - just more functional than I was. > > > Subject: TCM - recent antics aside > To: SSRIsex > Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 8:29 PM > > > > > > > Despite the hoopla, I think tcm is still a useful art.
