I have about 25 OB and Pedi offices (Some have 4 employees and one MD others have 25 employees and 6 MD's) that I need to take things to, so the cost has to be considered. In the past, I have taken candy baskets (Thanks for being so " sweet " to send me referrals), I had the ILCA Triage card on year, gave glass coasters to the doc's with my business card inserted in the picture slot.
