Although I'd love to just blame it on menopause, and that might truly be a factor, I have to admit that there are some other behavioral issues, LOL. I've been feeling ridiculously happy about having my health back, but I've let a few other habits start to run amok. Adjust my food calorie goal and log food accurately. I'm using myfitnesspal.com, but I often log food after the fact. I think I miss things when I rely on memory. So, I'm getting strict about logging on my iPhone when I'm out and about. I'll be more careful about checking the portion sizes (ounces, cups, etc). If I do this accurately this week, next week I can adjust my food calorie goal depending on the results. Bring lunches and plan ahead so I don't have to buy lunches.Restart a.m. workouts. The pulled glute is all better. I can add strength training to my usual bike/walk commutes. Do daily updates here.
