Hi guys!

took and Myles to my in-laws this afternoon so I decided to get some steps in.

We ate at 's today for the first time in forever and I got one of those crispy chicken sandwiches. I came home and looked up the nutrition on them and I was in shock. I KNOW fast food NEVER has good numbers, but this was worse then any sandwich I've eaten. Not so much the calories, but the sodium was nuts! I felt guilty because I eat crappy both Saturday and Sunday and then starting off on Friday like that? Ugh... shame on me.

So anyway, I put in Cathe's Cardio Fusion. I did this all on the floor, no shoes, and totally low impact and very little arm motions. I just wanted to move.

I ended up doing 45 minutes. And according to my fitbit (which I don't rely on as much as I do my HRM) it said I burned 257 calories and I traveled 2.40 miles and 5,509 steps. Not bad!!

I know that's not enough to undo the damage I have done at 's. I'm so mad at myself. I don't mind cheating on the weekend because that's what I do and that's what keeps me strict through the week, but now, instead of enjoying my weekend of eating I'll be thinking about all the crap I'm eating. OK done!

Think of it as "lesson learned" and quite beating up on yourself! Whenever something says "crispy" it is code for "deep fried." Now you know and now you know how bad it was but it was one meal, this is one weekend and it probably won't happen again anytime soon so celebrate the newly found knowledge for how to keep yourself from killing yourself at 's! Fantastic job just moving afterwards! Too many people wouldn't have done that! To: Cathe_Friedrich_Fans ; exercisevideos ; fitandthatsit Sent: Fri, August 3, 2012 5:44:39 PMSubject: Evening steps
