Guest guest
I've been asked again to meet with a new IBCLC so she can "pick my brain" or "learn the ropes." How do you folks handle this? Is it wrong to charge a consultation fee? I get these requests quite often and I never know how to deal with it. I feel flattered of course, but it's also kind of offensive that someone thinks I can sit down with them for a couple hours for free just so they can try to learn what has taken me 20 years to learn. I'm I off base here?thank you all!
