Guest guest
I can understand how you feel, it is the same for me. My name is Bonnie and I do have a Rheumatoligist and so far no medication is helping at all.
Guest guest
You're still strong even if you cry. It's good to get it out. Try to do something soothing, a massage, more hot baths, a funny movie, something soothing and calming. Hugs, Kate F elvis98542@... wrote: I can understand how you feel, it is the same for me. Guest guest
I was reading aromatherapy helps too so maybe light some good smelling candles but I think warm baths with a good book always help to relax me. Guest guest
Since you can't take meds right now, I'd highly recommend following an anti-inflammatory diet. They vary a bit, but a little Google research should turn up something that looks good to you. There's a big connection for me between certain foods and joint pain. Good luck! Bonnie, some times we think the meds are not working but if you weren't taking them you would realize that they are helping more than you think. I didn't think mine were doing any good until I nearly cut the end of my finger off with pruning sheers and did't even realize it as the pain pills covered that pain. have hope faith that you can handle it as we are not given anything more than we can bare. Give it some time, a lot of patiance and a lot researching the subject to find little things that make it easier. Lee
Guest guest
I understand how you feel, I cry a lot too because the pain is so bad. Sorry about not responding sooner. It is also hereditary in my family, one of my sister's and I are both suffering from it. I just saw my Rheumatoligst yesterday and things are still the same. The medication I was on is no longer covered and now would have to pay full price instead of a copay. So now he has to decide what other medication to put me on. Guest guest
Theresa, Sorry to hear your going through so much right now. Sometimes its better to just break down and cry, and just get it out. Are you on any type of med for depression? Sometimes that helps out a bit. I don't know what I would do without my med to help the depression I have from all my health problems. I will keep you in my prayers, and if there is anything I can do, just let me know, Tawny
