It's a GORGEOUS day in Portland today and I'd been missing my walks. There were a lot of hot guys running, some with shirts, some without. I think tomorrow before Noel trashes my legs for the week I'll go running at lunch..

Can't wait til Zumba tonite!Hope everyone's having a gentle Monday!
