Guest guest
Hi Tawny, Yes, it's a blessing. A mixed blessing, but a blessing none the less. Now, it's one less DR. I have to find when I move to the Cape. How are you doing? Be well. Sooey > > Sooey, > > That is good news!! Guest guest
That is such wonderful news that you don't have to deal with RA too! Congrats, and come back and visit whenever you want. Guest guest
Hi Sooey, Its bad enough finding out you have a disease, but mulitple problems, then you start to lose it, or I do anyway. I've been stressed out so much, and that isn't helping. I'm having problems with my blood pressure and cholesterol being high. I have started on the meds. My back and neck are causing me so much pain, I can't hardly function anymore. I have some herniated discs and DDD. I just feel like I'm falling apart. I am so happy you don't have the RA. Its a step in the right direction. So your moving soon to Cape, you will have to let me know how that goes? I have been off the group for so long, I'm lost. You take care, Tawny
Guest guest
Hi Tawny, I'm sorry to hear about the high bp and the cholesterol. The meds for those can be a real pain. I have high bp also and my Dr. has me on three meds to control it. One of them is Diovan which has brought my pressure down but causes me to be light headed. I started taking it at night which has helped a great deal. But now I feel stupid...slow and not with it. I can't remember stuff and I feel like I've fallen off the brain wagon. I hope it's the meds... Sorry about the DDD. I know that is awful. I have watched friends suffer with that and I know it is no fun. I'll be thinking of you. Be well. sooey --- tdianaok <tdianaok@...> wrote: > Hi Sooey, > > Its bad enough finding out you have a disease, but > mulitple problems, > then you start to lose it, or I do anyway. Guest guest
Sooey, I am wondering if the high bp is from the other meds I'm on for pain. I never really had a problem with the bp before. My cholesterol and triglicerides are very high, so who knows. I am taking Lovastatin 20mg daily(chol) and Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg daily daily(bp). I'm sorry your feeling so bad on the meds, make sure you tell your doc. The first cholesterol med caused me horrible side effects with my lungs, so she took me off of it really fast. I am feeling OK on these, with no side effects(yet) The DDD is very painful, along with everything else, I'm pretty much in the house 24/7. I only go out to grocery shop or pick up my meds, or the doc appointments. I don't even feel like doing that. It takes so much that I don't have, to just get ready. You take care, and let your doc know about the meds, will talk to you soon, Tawny
