Hey ,

I did some research and am going to try these things next time I buy kale (maybe this week):

1. Make sure they are very dry (spin in salad spinner after washing) and add salt AFTER baking to make them super crisp.

2. Store leftovers in a paper bag to help keep them crisp. (I'm thinking the plastic zip lock bag locks in moisture from the air too?)

Will let you know how these works.
