I ordered some on line to save money and ended up not using them. It is worth a bit more money to have a professional image.Thanks,Leigh Anne in cold NYCMs.Klein,I too are a newly certified IBCLC this year, work in a hospital setting. Getting your employment to see you as a "need" is a time consuming process. Why pay for the cow when they can get the milk for free. I am in the same predictament myself. I am currently trying to start a private practice on my own that is seperate from my work. I am not giving up my day job, just supplementing myself. Make a business card on Vistaprint (cheap) and prepare any legal forms etc... and hopefully get ready to use your new talents.I do not agree with the previous post of what is appropriate for this posting. I thought it was an open forum and everyone should be of assistance. Any advice or thoughts should be welcomed, not shot down..
