I think I'm going to do a Pilates-ish rotation next week as my in-between week between XFactor and Tracie Long.Loosely, this is what I'm thinking:

Sunday - An Ellen "weight" workout (Slim Sculpt) & a Winsor Pilates

Monday - An Ellen "cardio" workout (Fat Burning Fusion) & a Winsor Pilates

Tues - Cardio & An Ellen "yoga" workout (Yogini) & if I have time - maybe a 10 min solution Pilates segment

Wed - An Ellen "weight" workout (Skinny Sculpt) & Winsor Pilates

Thurs - An Ellen "Cardio" workout (Barefoot Cardio) & Winsor Pilates

Fri - Cardio & An Ellen "unweighted toning" workout (Fusion Flow)

I think this will soothe my frazzled nerves!Donna
