I've had this and it sucks big time. Due to cysty ankle and the fact that I don't have a race until September I've been doing low impact kickboxing, machine cardio and swimming for my cardio these days and my joints are thanking me.  I'll do long distance running again for sure, but my body needed  a break.

I'm loving lifting heavy these days!  I have turned into a Muscle Head, I think!

So this weekend I was busy with house, and stuff like going to ball games, and cinco de trucko.. (40 food truck event).  So I didn't eat well nor did I workout much but woke up with PF in my right foot and all sorts of pains..

did Tai Cheng walked dogs feel better... but not sure I should do much else since I am on my feet all night teachingmore laterjudy
