45% 115.39 94.41I lost 3.2 lbs this week. Normally I would be very happy about that but I think most of this weight loss is from being sick with sinuses. I started getting sick last Saturday when it was cold and rained all day. I have ZERO appetite, probably because I can't smell anything and I can barely taste my food. All this week I've been eating soup for lunch and dinner and drinking a slim fast shake for breakfast. Saturday I went to the Deaf club for an Easter dinner and I ate some ham, cheesy potatoes, green beans, corn, salad and a piece of chocolate cake.

And today I had my family's traditional Easter supper of ham, mashed potatoes and baked beans. Hopefully I won't gain tomorrow....I hope I feel better soon! This isn't a healthy way to lose weight. Jen
