Zumba at CAC

Another fun evening dancing the night away with Christie for Zumba at CAC.  What can I say, this class gives me the happies and you work up a good sweat at the same time!  I truly forget I'm working out because I'm having so much fun.

I hope I can bring this attitude with me to Group Power tomorrow.  Ug.  Don't be surprised if I do a floor + cardio workout instead!   LOL   I miss the Hammerstrength machines...--
