I received notice from Dr. Larry Kotlow in Albany that he is holding a one-day

conference on Nov 19th. Please share this with any docs that are interested in

learning more. There will be CEs for docs. This is also open to IBCLCs but

there is limited room. I uploaded the file to FILES.

Personally, I would urge every LC who struggles to have ties properly revised to

find a dentist in your area who has a laser and might be willing to learn to do

this. I have referred to docs in TX he taught with good results. What you can do

is call the vendor for the laser company and find our which dentists have one.

That's what a client of mine in Paris did to get a dentist doing lip and TTs.

That's a great idea. The doc in my state is wonderful but PTT release is not his only job so there is sometimes a waiting list. It would be great to have another RELIABLE source to turn to, without general anesthesia involved.
