Woohoo!

I just got off the phone with a pediatrician who called about a baby I saw last week. As soon as she identified herself, I steeled myself against another irate doctor very unhappy that I referred a baby for CST.

It wasn't necessary! The doctor asked a little about the recommendations I made, wanted to know the difference between physical therapy and craniosacral therapy, but actually told me she was very impressed with the extensive evaluation and recommendations I made and thanked me for sending the detailed report. Oh my gosh!! I've had OBs happy with my work, but in 16 years of being in private practice, not a single ped has ever had anything nice to say. This has made my day! And I'm hoping she will refer other mothers to me.
