suck blister entire upper lip

home visit today.

2 week old baby. Mom in a lot of pain had bleeding/cracking from day 1.

1/2 cm chunk missing from lateral side of right nipple. cracks still apparent on

both nipples, but nothing open, scabbed or bleeding very red nipples and most of

areola. pain worse on rt breast.

tongue looks mobile today. side to side, extended just beyond the gum line-

which is all I observed. no visible tight fren anywhere.

palate seemed a bit high and hollow to me, but I think this is difficult to

assess.
