Group Kick / 30 minute walk to bowling alley / bowling

Went to bed at 4 pm yesterday and didn't get up til 6:30 this morning, so I felt really good and energized for class.  It was wonderful, as usual, same routine as Thursday's, but next week Lori is making her own mix and I can't wait!  I know it has " Danger Zone " in it!   She also said that some Friday night when there's no class she'll hold an unofficial sparring class with mitts, gloves, etc.  I can't wait! 

I walked 30 minutes in the heat to the bowling alley afterward for the kickoff of the annual Kraft Family reunion.  I'm a terrible bowler and my best game was 108.  I do better with beer.. tonite's the party, tomorrow the picnic.

Oh God, after all that sleep I'd be so weak lol, I wouldn't have a bit of energy.

I feel like I'm kicking butt when I bowl over 100! And sparring scares me. Have fun!
