Doesn't it seem like this would be related to the 'degree' of invasiveness that

the technique will involve as well?

I can see where a classic TT would be relatively minimally invasive to release.

But I can't imagine a deep, posterior release that requires an incision and

stitches (I have never personally witnessed this type of release except on

video, although I have referred for them), being performed with a local.

Does that sound right? What are all of your experiences with this?
