In line with this, are there any grants that fund classes for low income or WIC recipients? I just moved to a new area where the average household income is much lower than my previous county. I want to establish rates that will allow me to reach out to many mothers and increase my skills. What kind of rates do people charge in these areas? About 1/3 of the mothers who give birth at the local hospital are on medicaid...

Thanks for your feedback.

WIC of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA) works with 3 fabulous homevisiting

IBCLCs. Perhaps they have a funding model you could examine . . .
