To CamelFootball: Firstly, while I used to be devout, I am now an agnostic. I consult philosophy, reason, science, and experience. I do not consult the unproven speculations of metaphysicians, be they ancient or modern. In terms of manhood being more than what is between our legs, you are of course correct. When I spoke of manhood, I was referring to manhood vis-a-vis women. I will fight the good the fight, like a real man should, but I will not approach a woman unless i recover. that is my position. As far as the issue of this Mo character, I sure hope that my comments on manhood were not at all a catalyst for that obscene and degenerate rant. He actually specializes in male sexual dysfunction. I e-mailed him, and he stated he has treated many men who have been damaged by SSRIs successfully. What I don't know, is how many (if any) of these men had PSSD, or if they had just come off the drug. This guy is legit. He actually creates herbal formulas for Golden Flower Chinese Herbs. And he accepts insurance, surprisingly. I hope he can help. I will be honest with everyone here as to how it goes and I will share everything I know - what herbs I take, etc. For what it's worth, I think Mo was lying about his exploits - creating a false persona to make himself feel better. When I was on the antidepressant I prayed for him to help me and I went cycling everynight to build up my brain cells. I then ended up with PSSD. Thanks God! And I appreciate your willingnes to share information if it will appear relevant. I also am open to the possibility that Mo was indeed fully or partly cured by dr. Lin from PSSD, despite his recent remarkable personal disclosures. I think in general that we should be cautious not to jump into conclusions in any direction without thorough investigation. That's just my humble opinion and I realize that there is a possiblity that false claims are made about in an anonymous news group. But the members of this support group live in different countries with very different cultural styles. But your current boyfriend should of course know about that and agree, if you don't want to risk loosing him. --------------------------------------- I have been " getting by " doing this, i hope its NOT permanently going to be this way--but it has been for quite awhile--several years-actually since i first got the PSSD, which i mistook for sexual uninterest in my (ex)husband at the time (4 or 5 years ago). It went away and i could orgasm without fantasy for most of the first year or so of my current relationship.
