Guest guest Posted April 2, 2011 Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 I just recently ordered the LVR packet from Pat Lindsey and I am a little worried about the order, b/c I did not recieve a conformation email, or anything. I know that some of you have ordered from her, was this your experience? I do know that the payment went through. The first time i emailed her my info, (EIN, NPI, etc) I got a failure to send notification, but I did send it again, and it seems to have gone through.
