Guest guest Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 Yesterday I went to my 11am interpreting assignment. Before I left I took some cough medicine. Well I shouldn't have taken the medicine because it has half suppressant, half expectorant and it made me cough more! While I was sitting in the Dr. office waiting with my client and her husband, he husband suddenly bawled me out! He told me that I shouldn't come to work when I'm sick. He said that he didn't want to catch what I had blah blah blah! I told him that it was my sinuses and it was like an allergy and he wouldn't catch it but he went on and on complaining. But when I asked him if he wanted me to leave he didn't answer me, I asked him three times...that guy is such a wuss! I called the agency and told them that he complained about me. I also told them that I didn't want to go to my 4pm assignment because I'm feeling worse so they got a sub for me, YAH! I did ok with the morning assignment but it was a struggle. I have a hard time thinking clearly when I have sinusitis and I'm exhausted! I'm really mad because I'm missing work (ie money) and I have plans to go to the Deaf Club to see the movie "The Hammer" and play dingo. I hope I feel better soon!
