BUT I called, in a day or two I had a replacement and all is well. Just got my medela bill for my year prepayment-- have until Jan 31 to decide if I want to return all my medela things and just get more Hygeia- it is very likely this will occur! Guest guest Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 It is good to hear about Hygeia. In NYC, we haven't yet found them to be very responsive. It would be good to have alternatives, even though I don't sell any products at all. Anything I hand out is embedded in my operating costs, so of course, I don't carry anything that costs a lot. I create my own Jack Newman's bottle (or at least my own version of it) out of the #5 French feeding tubes to start and then recommend based on how mom responds to the Jack Newmans. Best regards, E.
