Guest guest
Heard back from the person in Indiana WIC that is responsible for the Hygeia pumps for the state -- she has heard from every region in IN, and not a single report of screeching. Dee, how many pumps do you know of that had problems? Did you hear them yourself, or was it just the mom reporting it? Did anyone report it to the rep, and if so, what was the response? I'm really curious. Jan From the Hygeia salesperson:>Hi ,>Quite a while ago, we had scattered reports of motor failures with an earlier>version of the EnDeare. So, we replaced all units that were reported to be>problematic. The replacement motors work beautifully. I hadn't heard the>description of associated "screeching" until I received your email >but based on>these reports, it appears there's a clear connection.>>The units you'll be receiving are the newest models, equipped with proven,>reliable motors. I expect you will be very pleased with them but if there is>EVER an issue, I know you will call me. I'll do my best to make it right.>>Waiting for the official report from Hygeia corporate.>Madeline West, BA, IBCLCInternational Board Certified Lactation ConsultantMahala Lactation and Perinatal Services, LLCmahalamom.comlactspeak/speakers/West
