Hi All,

Well, two packages GONE. No one knows where they are –

KaWeCo is instituting an investigation. It will take 8 weeks. I have

requested my money back – but it will take at least 8 weeks for me to get

that.

In about 5 minutes I will begin refunding ALL orders. You

have all waited far too long and have been very patient. I, for one, am angry

and frustrated. It is ridiculous that 2 packages are sent and neither makes it

to me. They haven’t made it into the US Postal Services hands either…WTH?

So – please e-mail Dana with your orders – you will

find her order form in the files section.

Frustrated…disheartened…NOT doing this one again…

My sympathy goes out to Jaye on this one as a veteran of many similar episodes

with ordering or sending items from one country to another during my

international nutrition days. It is so incredibly frustrating!! I once sent an

SNS to a friend in Sweden. The cost of shipping the SNS far exceeded the cost

of the SNS. If I knew then what I know now I would not have sent the SNS, I

would have sent her a few feeding tubes in an envelop and drawn a diagram of how

to do her own Jack Newman's bottle. My worst mistake was the iron supplements

from a small vitamin company (I think it was Nature's Way)-- which would have

cost $10,000 to ship to Niger. There is a lot you can do with $10,000 program

wise. That donation of iron supplements was definitely not worth accepting.

I still have nipple shields in all sizes, 5Fr feedings tubes and 20 & 30 ml

syringes. Let me know if you need them!
