Guest guest
http://www.parenting.com/gallery/products-that-make-breastfeeding-easier?cid=twFunny how a medela pump is featured. Honestly, what are they trying to do, scare pregnant woman away from breastfeeding. If I had to buy all of these gadgets to breastfeed, I would say forget it. I'd save my boobs from being cracked, sore, pumped and give a dang bottle! Sorry, just saying. Guest guest
Not only are most of these gadgets unecessary, but using them can delay the mother from getting the real help she needs. Case in point: if your baby is suddenly sleeping longer and you are feeling engorged, you need to at least express enough milk to feel comfortable. Wearing breast pads may help with the leaking but not with the actual engorgement, which could lead to plugged ducts and mastitis and even an abcess. norma
